These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cx7777 ("cx7777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cx7777 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://cx7777.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

cx7777 is operated under an international license. The Platform provides online casino games, live dealer tables and sports betting markets to adult players. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account by contacting our support team.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" means the registered user account opened by you on the Platform, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the total available funds held in your Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus funds, displayed in PKR or the applicable currency.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered using qualifying games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the verification process by which the Platform confirms your identity, age and source of funds using government-issued documents such as a CNIC.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is illegal or restricted, as determined by the Platform's licensing terms and applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, game content, designs, text and other proprietary material owned by or licensed to cx7777.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, directives and guidelines of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of using the Platform.

Registration and use of cx7777 is permitted only if all of the following conditions are satisfied at all times:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction. Providing false age information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities. cx7777 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time.

You confirm that gambling or accessing the Platform is not prohibited or restricted by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of access. If you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, jurisdictions where any specific category of gambling (casino, sports betting, live dealer) is restricted by applicable law.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (by device, payment method, IP address, household address or other indicators), cx7777 reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bonuses claimed across duplicates.

Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access, use or operate your Account. You may not act as an agent or representative of another person for the purposes of gambling.

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. cx7777 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify cx7777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

cx7777 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity, age and, where applicable, the source of funds of all players. You agree to provide accurate KYC documentation when requested, including a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address and any additional documents required. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawal blocks or account suspension.

An Account becomes inactive ("dormant") if there has been no login or financial activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee in accordance with applicable licensing rules. cx7777 will attempt to notify you before any fees are applied. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting cx7777 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be settled. Real money balances will be returned to you subject to satisfactory KYC verification and applicable withdrawal processing times.

Available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Method availability, deposit limits and fees vary and are subject to change without prior notice. For Pakistani players, familiar payment references include bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and digital wallet methods commonly used in Pakistan. However, none of these providers endorse, affiliate with or support online gambling. Payment method availability is determined entirely by the operator's cashier configuration at the time of your transaction.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier. cx7777 does not guarantee that any specific deposit amount will remain eligible for bonus qualification. Currency conversion, where applicable, may affect the final credited amount.

Withdrawals are only processed once KYC verification is fully complete. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold pending document review. cx7777 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds as part of its AML obligations.

Withdrawal processing times are subject to the payment provider used and internal processing queues. cx7777 does not guarantee specific processing timescales. Players should refer to the live cashier for indicative processing times at the time of their request. cx7777 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or third-party processing networks.

Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) for players in the Pakistan market. The Platform may apply exchange rates to transactions processed in other currencies. The displayed PKR amount is the amount applied to your Account after conversion and is the definitive reference for dispute purposes.

All bonuses, free spins and promotional credits offered by cx7777 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, minimum odds requirements and maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active. These promotion-specific terms supplement and, in the case of conflict, take precedence over these general Terms.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus Fund of PKR 1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement obliges you to place qualifying bets totalling PKR 30,000 before withdrawal eligibility applies. Wagering on certain games may contribute at reduced rates or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations; applicable contribution percentages are listed in the relevant promotion terms.

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any Bonus Funds not wagered, and any winnings derived from them, will be forfeited upon expiry. Time limits are stated in the promotion terms and are non-extendable unless cx7777 explicitly agrees otherwise in writing.

cx7777 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated play with other players to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, exploiting software errors or loopholes, and placing opposing bets to drain bonus wagering requirements with minimal risk. Accounts identified as abusing bonuses will have all associated bonuses and derived winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

cx7777 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not negatively affect bonuses already credited to a player's Account and subject to active wagering.

The game library available on cx7777 is subject to change. Games may be added, modified or removed without prior notice. Availability of specific titles, sports markets or live events may vary by jurisdiction and is not guaranteed.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface or sportsbook at the time of wagering. Placing a bet exceeding the displayed maximum is a breach of these Terms. cx7777 reserves the right to void bets placed in excess of applicable limits.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure or other software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, cx7777 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. No winnings will be paid on bets that are determined to have been influenced by a technical error. cx7777 is not responsible for losses resulting from interrupted internet connections on the player's side.

Sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, ICC, T20 internationals), football, UFC and other covered events, are subject to event-specific and sport-specific rules communicated within the sportsbook section. Results are determined by officially published outcomes. Any dispute regarding sports bet settlement must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant event's conclusion.

All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios and stream from regulated facilities. cx7777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

cx7777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We operate under licensing obligations that require us to provide accessible responsible gambling tools and to take action when problem gambling indicators are identified.

The following responsible gambling controls are available to all players from within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to restrict how much you can add to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will result in immediate account restriction.

You agree that gambling is a form of entertainment and must never be used as a strategy to generate income, recover previous losses or solve financial problems. You acknowledge the risks associated with gambling and agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means at all times.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx7777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity;
• Employing automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing or corruption in relation to sports betting;
• Charging back or reversing deposits after they have been wagered;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers as described in Section 6.4;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing cx7777 staff or other players;
• Circumventing self-exclusion or account restriction measures.

All content on the cx7777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, game assets and software — is the exclusive Intellectual Property of cx7777 or is licensed to cx7777 by third-party rights holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of cx7777's Intellectual Property constitutes an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cx7777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any interruption to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control;
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to meet wagering requirements or KYC obligations;
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain credential security;
• Any consequences arising from the player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited by law.

cx7777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by the cx7777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: cx7777 collects personal data (including name, email address, date of birth and identity documents) for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention and customer support. Your data is never sold to third parties. All data is processed in accordance with the data protection obligations of the applicable license jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cx7777 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms of that jurisdiction.

cx7777 operates under an international license. The Platform does not hold a license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani regulatory authority. Nothing in these Terms confers any authorization, legality or endorsement in relation to your use of the Platform under Pakistani law.

cx7777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated. Archived versions of prior Terms may be requested by contacting our support team.
